Refund policy
If for whatever reason you choose to return your product we are here to help you do this as quickly and smoothly as possible.
As a customer of Deft Materials, you have the right to return any product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund if the product is still in mint condition without any signs of wear and along with the original packaging. All returned products are inspected by us to make sure that they fulfill these requirements.
Simply register your return to us by emailing returns@deftmaterials.com. Make sure to include your order number and that the email address is the same as when you placed your order.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Complaints
If you have unfortunately received a product that is already damaged or after a short time starts to show signs of manufacturing defect, you can claim your refund as long as it fulfills the requirements listed below.
Our warranty is valid for one year from the date that you receive your product. This covers any manufacturing defects and you can choose to either get a new replacement product sent to you for free or ask for your money back.
Our warranty policy does not cover:
- Damaged caused by neglect, misuse or modification
- Changes in the aesthetics due to age or normal wear and tear like discolouration or scratches.
- Defect and damages due to loss, fire, theft, neglect or natural disasters.
- The warranty only covers Deft products
